Williamsburg Place is located across from Crete-Monee High School in Crete, Illinois. The subdivision has been designed to incorporate the existing beautiful surroundings of ponds, nature trails and green areas. Williamsburg Place offers single-family home sites as well as townhome sites. You can choose from the many house plans that our builders offer or you can custom build your dream home. The subdivision will also includes a park area donated to the Crete Park District, and has preserved an existing pond and natural green area for use by residents.

Lots in the subdivision for single family homes range in size from 1/4 to over 1/3 acre and are currently available for sale to builders or individuals.

Williamsburg Place has established covenants and restrictions regarding construction to assure an attractive and varied array of homes. All homes are required to have first floor brick. The subdivision is serviced with water and sewer provided by the Village of Crete and Thorn Creek Basin Sanitary District.

The Village of Crete is located approximately 30 miles south of the Chicago Loop. The Village has maintained its small town charm, but is growing steadily. The Illinois Central Commuter Train is just six minutes from the Village, and all major expressways are within a short drive. The Warrior Dome at Crete-Monee High School is the site of many regional athletic events.

Governors State University, just six miles away in University Park, presents theatrical and musical productions, seminars and community enrichment programs. Some other cultural offers within close proximity are the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra and the Illinois Theatre Center, in addition to numerous other groups that provide quality leisure time activities for residents and visitors.
